The experience begins with a dive into the world of caviar according to Kaviari, either through their on-site exhibition devoted to the sturgeon, or during a cruise on the Seine as you explore Paris. The highlight of each is a tasting of three exceptional caviars, paired with champagne and vodka in order to make the very most of the moment. The experience continues at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier, where a three-hour private cooking class led by our Chefs is followed by a tasting of your creations.
