An exceptional collaboration around caviar

The Ecole Ritz Escoffier partners with Manufacture Kaviari to offer an immersive experience at the heart of the world of caviar. Through an introduction to traditional craftsmanship, a tour of the workshops, tastings and cooking classes at the Ritz Paris, participants explore the stages involved in creating this exceptional product and learn how to showcase it to its best advantage alongside the schools’ Chefs. In the spirit of sharing and passing on knowledge, this collaboration is also available as a private event, including a tour of the Manufacture or a cruise on the Seine.

Culinary training in Paris: from passion to profession

Passionate amateur, preparing for your CAP or looking for a career change? The Ecole Ritz Escoffier welcomes you for training in French cuisine, pastry-making, in an international environment that’s equal parts both demanding and supportive. Each student is part of a human-sized brigade, supervised by a Chef. Our Qualiopi-certified programs, open to all profiles and levels, are designed to provide you with the technical and operational skills needed in the culinary professions. Graduating from the Ecole Ritz Escoffier school is a path to excellence for all gastronomic professions.

Meet our training Chefs

Jérôme Coindre, Vincent Pellat, Martin Millouet and Victor Fromageot, teaching Chefs at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier, pass on their passion and gastronomic savoir-faire every day through demonstration, practice and personalized guidance. A cooking or pastry class with them is a unique experience for all lovers of French gastronomy. Each workshop or training session takes place in small groups, to guarantee the quality of teaching. You'll learn the fundamental techniques of sophisticated French cuisine and pastry-making in the visionary spirit of Auguste Escoffier: respect for tradition, passion and a taste for innovation.
