On September 19th, from 9am to 1pm, Michelin-starred Chef Eugénie Béziat invites you to her masterclass at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier. The program includes an introduction to spices and the olfactory pyramid, followed by a cooking demonstration and the preparation of a signature dish. After the tasting, a special privilege: the chance for a chat with the Cheffe. Each participant will leave with a signed recipe booklet and an embroidered apron. This class is taught in French, with consecutive English translation.
