When the Ritz Paris applies its famous art de vivre to taste, it's time to celebrate! Every weekend from November 30 to January 5, the Salon Marie-Louise invites you to share the exceptional experience of Imperial Tea Time. Accompanied by a sweet-sounding harp, our historic decor becomes the stage for a culinary experience featuring the great holiday classics, both savory and sweet.

Caviar, lobster, champagne and sweet delicacies

The three-course menu features a succession of exquisite gourmet delights, accompanied by a glass of champagne. Caviar, salmon and lobster join French cheese soufflé with a truffle crust. On the sweet side, be seduced by baked apple in puff pastry and crêpes Suzette prepared to order. The gentle musical atmosphere of the Salon Marie-Louise provides a real moment to savor. Imperial in both name and nature!

A three-act ballet

Conceived as a performance in three acts, each occasion features the creations of our chefs Jérôme Legras and François Perret. Against an enchanting backdrop, the dishes are unveiled with perfectly orchestrated choreography. Adding to the artistic feel of this unique Tea Time, the harp’s delicate chords almost seem to stop time in its tracks.

Savory and sweet festive flavors

“The best is not too good” said César Ritz. Savory delicacies include caviar, salmon and lobster, alongside a French cheese soufflé with a truffle crust. As for the sweet side of life, you'll enjoy childhood delights such as puff-pastry apple tart and crêpes Suzette prepared to order. As you’d expect, a choice of exclusive coffees and teas is served; let your nose be your guide!

Salon Marie-Louise

Majestic in its decor, this stunning salon is the epitome of refinement. From its wonderful high ceilings, gilded and painted to perfection, hangs a true 19th-century jewel of a chandelier, while the eight large mirrors on the walls call to mind the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles, in miniature.
