Supervised by a Chef, our training programs are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a culinary assistant interpreter. The three-level curriculum prepares you for the practical CAP exam. This demanding, tailor-made cooking degree program takes place in the heart of the Ritz Paris kitchens.

Built around three progressive stages - initiation, intermediate and advanced - the Cuisine Diploma guides you through the essential techniques involved in preparing a high-end gourmet buffet. In a stimulating and supportive environment, our Chefs are with you every step of the way. Bilingual and Qualiopi-certified, this program is renowned for its high standards and personalized management attention.
This training course includes three levels dedicated to learning the basics of French cuisine and is designed for beginners whether enthusiasts, aspiring professionals or those changing careers.
The final highlight of the training program: accompanied by the Chefs, each student invents their personal culinary creation. This signature dish is then presented at a ceremony in the hotel lounges, during the final buffet. This sacred moment marks the end of one cycle and the start of a professional career.

Some sessions open with a market visit alongside a teaching Chef, to appreciate seasonal produce. Depending on your profile, at the end of the training already completed with us we may also offer workshops with guest speakers, and even short professional internships in the kitchens of the Ritz Paris alongside Ritz Chefs Jérôme Legras or Eugénie Béziat.
