Start your day with a wander through one of the most beautiful markets in Paris, selecting seasonal produce with help from a Chef. Then head to the Ecole Ritz Escoffier to transform your finds into a high-end menu. In our kitchens every action is perfected, every dish takes shape and each flavor plays its part in an unforgettable tasting experience.

In a spirit of respect for the cycles of nature, this five-hour course is defined by the availability of seasonal ingredients. The experience is accompanied by a wine and food pairing, then a dessert by our Pastry Chef.

Each workshop at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier is part of a sustainable approach with the emphasisis on seasonality, short supply chains and quality of produce. Herbs and edible flowers are grown in the hotel's aromatic garden. This commitment to responsible sourcing has earned the Ritz Paris the GSTC certification from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council, the international benchmark for sustainable tourism and a first in France for a hotel. It has also been awarded three Ecotable macaroons for the Espadon restaurant.
