Yes, changes are possible subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking (Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use), summarized in the email received when booking.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and Carte Bleue are welcome on the website. Payment may be made via a secure link sent by email, or by bank transfer. It is also possible to pay in person. JCB cards are not accepted for payment. 

All prices at the Ritz Paris are listed and charged in Euros.

Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before arrival (local Paris time).

All rooms at the Ritz Paris feature Wi-Fi, a safe, access to the Ritz Club & Spa from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, dedicated front desk and concierge services, and 24-hour room service. They come with either king-size or twin beds. Some reservations include a choice of breakfast in the Salon Marie-Louise or via room service, a transfer upon arrival and departure (with or without a greeter), and flexible check-in and check-out times: check-in before 3:00 PM and check-out before 4:00 PM, subject to availability. 

The Ritz Paris offers connecting rooms upon request, as well as spacious suites ideal for families. This request should be made when booking online. 

Yes, the Ritz Paris is accessible to guests with limited mobility. There is a dedicated platform at the main Rue Cambon entrance, and an elevator inside the hotel. Several categories of accessible rooms are available upon request.

The hotel’s specially trained staff are available to assist guests and facilitate their movement within the hotel. To ensure the best possible experience, it’s best to mention any specific requests when booking online, by email, or by phone. 

The Ritz Paris accepts certain small, Category 1 dogs weighing less than 6 kg: one per room, and subject to prior written approval. An additional fee of €50 per night will be charged. Pets must be kept on a leash in communal areas. They are not permitted in the spa or in most dining areas, with the exception of the Bar Vendôme. They must never be left unattended. The owner is liable for any damage and must respect the serenity and safety of the hotel.
