The school is located at 15 Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, in the heart of the Ritz Paris. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the cooking class begins. 

It is not necessary to bring anything to a cooking class. An apron featuring the Ecole Ritz Escoffier logo, equipment, and a certificate of participation will be provided on site.

The alert feature on the Ecole Ritz Escoffier website sends an email as soon as a spot becomes available. 

The classes are taught in French with consecutive translation into English, provided by a culinary assistant who also serves as an interpreter.
