Day passes are available at the Ritz Club & Spa, by reservation and subject to availability, for access to the pool, sauna, steam room, or fitness center. Yes, access to the facilities is included for the day with treatments totaling €550 or more per person. For treatments costing €260 or more per person, a special rate of €160 applies. More information is available in the “Day Pass” section.

Access to the Ritz Club & Spa is restricted to guests 18 years of age and older.

However, the pool is open to children ages 3 and up during designated times.

Yes, cancellations or changes are possible subject to the terms specified at the time of booking, generally at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. After this deadline, the spa reservation may not be refunded or rescheduled
