From April 24 to September 12, the Ritz Bar is once again decamping to its summer quarters in the Grand Jardin, a refreshing escape where the art of mixology is elegantly showcased. Our Director of Mixology, Romain de Courcy, has crafted a limited-time menu of signature cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, each as vibrant as it is refreshing. A sensory journey that transports us to the world’s most beautiful gardens.

Tuesday through Saturday, from 03:00pm to 10:00pm, no reservations required. 
Please note that the Ritz Bar inside the hotel will be closed, except in case of rain or a private event in the Grand Jardin.

Luxury hotel bar - Ritz Bar | Ritz Paris

With a unique blend of aromas and flavors, each of our cocktails will transport you to imaginary lands: from the scents of our Grand Jardin to Kerala, from Casablanca to Veracruz via Réunion Island, England, and Provence.  

From April 24 to September 12, Tuesday through Saturday from 03:00pm to 10:00pm, no reservations required. Binchotan barbecue on Fridays and Saturdays starting at 05:00pm. The Ritz Bar inside the hotel will be closed, except in case of rain or a private event in the Grand Jardin.

Amid our fragrant gardens

Neath the sublimely high ceiling, curtains and columns create a dreamlike setting among the stars. With their enveloping velvet and dark metal, the tables major on chic – but the star of the show is the magnificent brass lantern, a truly monumental piece that plays with light like a nocturnal sun...

A theatre of heaven and earth

At the helm of the Ritz Bar is a cocktail designer with a passion for the olfactory arts. Romain de Courcy combines the intuition of a perfumer with the precision of a goldsmith. Jasmine, sandalwood, truffle, saffron, white cocoa... his creations reveal an astonishing inventiveness, borrowing ingredients from both perfumery and gastronomy.

At 5:00pm sharp, the bar pulls out all the stops for the nightly ritual. The great lantern ascends to the ceiling to reveal the circular bar, while projecting a fresco of zodiacal constellations. A spectacular sound and light show, kicking off with music by Parisian electro DJ duo Polo et Pan.

Dress code:
A smart dress code is required at the Ritz Paris, and elegant shorts are only permitted in our restaurants until 5:00pm.

Chef Eugénie Béziat hosts diners in a sublime location opening onto the hotel’s Grand Jardin. At the Ritz Paris, the culinary art embodies all three, as tradition and innovation combine in a subtle alchemy. It all began with Auguste Escoffier. First chef at the Ritz Paris in 1898, this pioneer of modern French dining gave his name to the cookery school of the same name. We have him to thank for the professionalization of haute cuisine and the creation of a guide that’s become the real chefs’ bible.

Since the moment it opened its doors, the Ritz Paris has been an impromptu theatre for socialites. From private dinners via fashionable tea dances to the most sumptuous receptions in France, our grand hotel has resounded with both great conversations and dancing feet. Pastry Chef Olivier Lainé adds his reputation to the classically French identity of the House. Florian Guilloteau, meanwhile, is in charge of wine for all the hotel's restaurants.
