Three formats to suit all tastes

Treat yourself to a tailor-made sweet interlude: two, three or four hours to explore the world of French patisserie. Classes are given in French, with English translation provided for those who wish.

2-hour class

From € 1,800

An initiation to the the savoir-faire of French pastry-making by following two recipes, in the expert hands of our Chefs.

3-hour class

From € 2,200

Three hours in the kitchen to create a patisserie alongside one of our Chefs, followed by a tasting session.

4-hour class

From € 2,700

Deepen your understanding of textures, cooking and finishing with an exceptional creation. One will be enjoyed on site, the other to take away.

Pastry-making is like the work of a goldsmith, where every gram, ingredient and method affects the result. Assembling a ganache, glazing a dessert, poaching with a sleeve... under the guidance of our Chefs, each step teaches something new. At the crossroads of tradition and creativity, this discipline – so dear to the Ritz Paris - is practiced in teams, in the spirit of the great houses.
