The journey begins with back relaxation thanks to an enveloping massage performed with Dumortierite stones. You may request the cancellation or the postponement of treatment and coaching reservations, by notifying the Ritz Club & Spa 24 hours (local hour, Paris) prior to the scheduled time of the reserved service (local hour, Paris). Below this time, the service booked may not be refunded nor postponed.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Latecomers, please note that your treatment will be shortened accordingly in order to honor the following appointment.
- In-room treatments carry a surcharge of 25%.
- Outside of the Ritz Club & Spa's regular hours, treatments carry a surcharge of 50%.
- The establishment reserves the right to refuse treatment if health conditions so require.
- Some treatments should be avoided during pregnancy. For this reason, massages will be administered exclusively after the first trimester.
