The Ritz brunch takes inspiration from near and far. The different buffets represent a voyage by land and sea, with stopovers in Asia and the Mediterranean; French specialties; plant-based dishes, homemade pastries and cakes.

For special occasions, the Grand Brunch adapts its decor to a chosen theme, making Parisian Sundays even more like a dream.

Behind the scenes, French culinary art relies on traditional skills. These include the famous métiers de bouche such as de-scaling, cheese-making, baking and pastry-making.

For all cancelation requests of table reservations guaranteed via credit card imprint, submitted within less than 72 hours prior to the reservation time (local time, Paris), the following fees shall be charged:

Cancellation without charge is possible until 15 days before the date of event. Within 15 days of the date, we will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

A smart dress code is required at the Ritz Paris, and elegant shorts are only permitted in our restaurants until 5:00pm.

Chef Eugénie Béziat hosts diners in a sublime location opening onto the hotel’s Grand Jardin. Her aromatic cuisine is greatly influenced by memories of a childhood spent in Africa, whisking you to the southern shores of the Mediterranean. Her unique take on French fine dining is highly respectful of the environment, prioritizing seasonal produce sourced as locally as possible.

At the Ritz Paris, the culinary art embodies all three, as tradition and innovation combine in a subtle alchemy. It all began with Auguste Escoffier. First chef at the Ritz Paris in 1898, this pioneer of modern French dining gave his name to the cookery school of the same name. We have him to thank for the professionalization of haute cuisine and the creation of a guide that’s become the real chefs’ bible.

Since the moment it opened its doors, the Ritz Paris has been an impromptu theatre for socialites.
