Act 1: Private Scene
Like a grand box at the theater with Paris as its show, the interior evokes the splendor of the Palais Garnier itself. From room to room you will find walls draped in silk, rosewood moldings, and gold leaf cornices. The stunning Versailles parquet; the vibrant red and ochre; the subtle play of mirrors; the painted nymph; the lyrical watercolors of opera costumes. Everything plays its part.

Act 2: Paris unfolds
This spectacular suite is accessed via a staircase. Ascend, enter, and your stage awaits – with a stunning Parisian panorama as backdrop. The bow window’s curve reflects the visible dome of the Opera House, while zinc rooftops shine in the foreground. For a bird's-eye view, the sofa beckons; it’s like being positioned directly on the rooftops. From the desk you see even further: as the light follows the rhythm of the sun, your personal scenery evolves – and the imagination takes flight.

L’Opéra Garnier, the theater of high society
The dome in view is an iconic monument of Belle Époque Paris, inaugurated in 1875 under Napoléon III. Dedicated to the lyrical arts, this temple of culture drips with flamboyant ornamentation in marble and gold. Our Opera Suite pays homage to Charles Garnier's masterpiece from its bow window, honouring the architect's conception for his great temple to the Opera.

Garnier’s vision required an exterior as theatrical as the staging within, immersing visitors in perpetual enchantment. As a high-end venue frequented by all of Paris, the Opera house required the audience to be part of the spectacle - so the Grand Staircase was one designed to be seen on. As for the Grand Hall, its sumptuous boxes were the ideal stage to present oneself in the best light.
