Fine food & cocktails: an exceptional dinner

For the first time, the Ritz Paris brings together two of its most iconic talents: Michelin-starred Chef Eugénie Béziat and Mixology Director Romain de Courcy, for an exceptional evening. United by their shared artistry, they craft a singular experience where haute cuisine meets signature mixology, through a six-course menu paired with bespoke cocktails. Inspired by the world of perfumery and guided by a mutual affinity for botanicals, they compose a four-hands creation as subtle as it is daring. A one-of-a-kind evening, enhanced by the live music of a violin and a cello.
