At any time of day, the Fitness area is at the service of your wishes, whether your focus is overall wellness or more sports-oriented. For sports enthusiasts, there are two large areas dedicated to cardio training and muscle strengthening, with coaches on hand. Take a break in the Floral Bar upstairs. On the menu: florally inspired cocktails and detox juices, as well as the hotel's own menu.

The Tokio treatment: this keratin-based repair treatment regenerates dry, devitalized hair over the long term. It restores exceptional silkiness and shine.
