Marie-Louise Ritz's Edelweiss, Colette's Iris, Zelda Fitzgerald's Orchid and Ingrid Bergman's Rose give their names to the treatment rooms and the magnificent paintings on the walls. This large, light-filled space promises precious moments of relaxation and well-being. On the program: a heavenly swim in the splendid indoor pool, with its distinct surrounding areas for relaxing in complete tranquility. Three high-tech fitness rooms, two of which are private. Wellness programs with personalized follow-up by our nutrition and fitness experts. Between activities, the Floral Bar awaits you for a healthy break.

Finally, look up at the magnificent trompe-l'œil sky: a celestial fresco. Equally divine are the relaxation areas overlooking and surrounding the swimming pool, which promise a tranquil experience.

At any time of day, the Fitness area is at the service of your wishes, whether your focus is overall wellness or more sports-oriented. For sports enthusiasts, there are two large areas dedicated to cardio training and muscle strengthening, with coaches on hand. Take a break in the Floral Bar upstairs. On the menu: florally inspired cocktails and detox juices, as well as the hotel's own menu.

The one-hour treatment ritual begins with a diagnosis, followed by a scalp massage and treatment. The Tokio treatment: this keratin-based repair treatment regenerates dry, devitalized hair over the long term. It restores exceptional silkiness and shine. 
Elixir treatment: the salon's latest innovation, this treatment soothes and deeply moisturizes the scalp, and is ideal for tired hair. Composed exclusively of natural oils, the precise blend is customized according to the nature and condition of the hair.

Two large rooms are dedicated to cardio training and muscle strengthening, where you can count on assistance from our coaches. Finally, two private coaching rooms are available by appointment.
