Starting September 1, the Ritz Paris unveils its new Tea Time, created by Olivier Lainé, the hotel’s Pastry Chef. A gourmet interlude&nbsp;accompanied by a glass of brut champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and a hot drink per person.
