Distinctive and original for its volumes and rounded shape, charismatic for a painted ceiling that is listed as a Historic Monument, with a grand piano in the living room, this Prestige Suite is equaled only by the memory of the genius composer, who once lived on Place Vendôme. Whether or not one is a music lover, one can’t help but give into the romanticism and lyricism in this suite.

Your stay at the Ritz Paris

You will appreciate

The painted ceiling

The uniqueness of this Prestige Suite lies in its originality: It is a refuge for aesthetes, lovers of art, music and beauty in all its forms. Its painted ceiling is a pure masterpiece of the decorative arts and numerous works of art add to the timeless character of a life-size tribute. What a luxury it is to be able to sit down and play the piano as if it were the most natural thing to find in a hotel suite.

Notes from the Ritz Paris

A virtuoso pianist

Lured by the triumph of the romantic spirit, the most “French” of all Polish pianists arrived in Paris in 1831, and the Hôtel Baudard de Saint James at 12 Place Vendôme (then a private mansion, and now home to Chaumet) was the last of his nine Parisian residences. Chopin gave piano lessons there until the day he died.

Beyond the Legend
Suite Mansart

All the beauty of Paris can be found in the Suite Mansart. Its atypical volumes give onto a private terrace that is ideal for admiring the City of Light and its monuments.
