L'Espadon

A must for gourmets from around the world, L'Espadon owes its name ("the swordfish") to Charles Ritz, the son and successor of Cesar and Marie-Louise. Charles Ritz had a fondness for fishing, a passion he shared with his friend Ernest Hemingway.

L’Espadon restaurant is currently closed for an unprecedented restoration program and looks forward to welcoming you back in 2014.
