Personal datal

Personal data is taken to mean all personal information (including, but not limited to: login name, password, surname, first name, date of birth, email and/or postal address) which the user may provide on the Site.

This information, whatever the nature, directly or indirectly enables RITZ PARIS to identify, contact and/or gain more knowledge about the user. When the user provides his/her personal data, they undertake to answer the questions posed to them and/or to complete all the various fields of the forms provided for this purpose, and to communicate, in this regard, accurate, current information which does not prejudice the interests or rights of third parties.

No personal data will be collected without the users consent. The optional or mandatory nature of this information which is to be communicated to RITZ PARIS will be indicated beforehand. The User is in no way forced to send such data via the Site. However, if they refuse, RITZ PARIS shall not be able to send the User information concerning its company, its activity and/or the Site.

The RITZ PARIS is responsible for collection and processing of all personal data acquired on the Site. Except when measures specific to the processing of personal data are likely to apply, which shall systematically be brought to the User's attention, in particular in respect of the general terms applicable to online reservation, the RITZ PARIS online shop, or to online reservation of lessons at the Escoffier School, RITZ PARIS is the sole addressee of this data, and shall not communicate it to third parties. It undertakes to respect confidentiality and to protect this data.

However, the User is informed that the data concerning him may be communicated in whole or in part solely to the service-providers of RITZ PARIS acting in connection with management of the Site, and bound by confidentiality and security undertakings.

The collection and processing of the user's personal data undertaken in this manner has been declared to the National Computing and Freedom Commission (CNIL), in accordance with the provisions of French law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relative to computing, files and freedom.

The user has a right to access, amend, rectify and delete personal data relating to him, collected and processed by RITZ PARIS. He may exercise this right at any time, and at no charge, by sending a letter to RITZ PARIS, Service E-Commerce, 15 Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, or by email to: e-commerce@ritzparis.com.

The Site may use cookies to allow browsing on certain parts of the site.
